Xtream Codes player

# Sign in with your Xtream Codes account

Enter your provider's server address, user name and password. Zapvo brings in live TV, movies and series with all their details, the program guide and the archive.

## What is Xtream Codes?

Xtream Codes is a common way for IPTV providers to share their content. Instead of one long link, you get three things: a server address, a user name and a password.

It usually offers more than an M3U playlist: posters and plots for movies, seasons and episodes for series, a guide that's always in sync and account details.

## Add it in three steps

1. **Choose Xtream Codes** — In Zapvo, add a source and pick Xtream Codes.
2. **Type the three details** — Server, user name and password. Zapvo checks them before saving.
3. **Watch** — Live TV, movies and series appear in their own sections.

## Your account at a glance

Zapvo shows when your subscription expires and how many connections it allows, so a surprise never stops the match.

## Your password stays yours

The password is encrypted with a key kept in Android's keystore and is used only to talk to your provider. It's never written to logs, never sent to us, and never shown again in the app.

## M3U or Xtream Codes?

If your provider offers both, choose Xtream Codes: you get richer movie and series details and a guide that always matches. M3U works everywhere and is fine for live TV. Zapvo supports both, and Stalker portals too.

## FAQ

### Which playlists does Zapvo support?

M3U and M3U8 playlists from a link or a file, Xtream Codes accounts (server, user name and password) and Stalker portals (MAC address), plus XMLTV program guides. You can add several sources and switch between them.

### My program guide is empty. What can I do?

Many playlists name their guide, and Zapvo loads it by itself. If yours doesn't, ask your provider for an XMLTV (EPG) address and add it to the source. If programs are an hour off, the guide uses another time zone. [See the troubleshooting guide](https://zapvo.app/en/guides/troubleshooting).

### Can I watch programs that already aired?

Yes, when your provider keeps an archive (catch-up). Channels with an archive show an Archive badge, and past programs in the guide play with one press. It works with Xtream Codes, M3U catch-up attributes and Stalker portals.

### Which devices does Zapvo run on?

Android phones and tablets, Android TV and Google TV: smart TVs, streaming players like the Google TV Streamer, and Android TV boxes, all with Android 7.0 or later. Zapvo isn't available for iPhone, iPad, Windows, Mac, Roku, Apple TV, or Samsung and LG's own TV systems.
