These Purchase Terms are part of the Terms of Use.
1. Free trial
- •Zapvo can be used free of charge for 30 days. The trial starts when you add your first source; no payment details are needed.
- •The trial is given once per device. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app, or clearing its data, does not start a new trial.
- •The time is counted by our server, not by your device's clock.
- •When the trial ends, the app asks you to choose a plan before you can continue watching. Your sources, favorites and settings stay.
2. Plans
Zapvo Premium is available as:
- •a monthly subscription,
- •a yearly subscription,
- •a lifetime license, paid once.
The prices are shown in the app before you buy and are set in your local currency by Google Play; taxes are included where the law requires. A purchase belongs to your Google account and is available on your devices signed in to that account.
3. Payment and renewal
- •Payments are handled by Google Play under Google's terms. We never see your payment details.
- •Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the price then in force, until you cancel.
- •You can cancel at any time in Google Play › Subscriptions. The subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid.
4. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policies. Your statutory rights are not affected.
5. Lifetime license
The lifetime license gives you Zapvo Premium for as long as the app is offered and supported, on your devices signed in to the same Google account. It does not include content, channels or subscriptions from any provider.
6. Price changes
We may change prices. Changes to a subscription you already have are made through Google Play, which informs you in advance and, where the law requires, asks for your consent.
7. Staying online
Zapvo checks your trial or purchase with our server at least every 7 days. Without an internet connection for longer, the app asks you to connect. Watching IPTV needs an internet connection anyway.
8. Content is not included
A purchase unlocks the Zapvo app only. It does not include any channels, movies or other content; you need your own legal sources.
