These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Zapvo app on phones, tablets and TVs ("Zapvo", "the app"), provided by Solace Works ("we", "us"). By tapping "Accept and start" you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. What Zapvo is
Zapvo is media player software. It plays streams from sources that you add yourself, such as an Xtream Codes account, an M3U playlist or a Stalker portal.
Zapvo does not provide, host, sell, distribute or recommend any channels, movies, series or other content. The app comes with no channels and no playlists, and it contains no links to content providers.
2. Your responsibility for your sources
- •You are solely responsible for the sources you add and for everything you watch with them.
- •You confirm that you hold the rights or licenses needed to access that content, or that it is legally free to watch where you are.
- •You must not use Zapvo to infringe copyright or other rights, to get around access restrictions, or to watch content illegally.
3. Things you must not do
- •Use the app for anything illegal, including unauthorized access to content or services.
- •Copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it.
- •Interfere with the app, its servers or other users, or try to get around the trial or purchase checks.
4. Content providers and other third parties
We are not connected with, endorsed by or in partnership with any IPTV or content provider. We are not responsible for their services, their content, their availability or their prices. Your agreements with them are between you and them.
5. Free trial and purchases
The free trial, the plans and their prices, renewals, cancellation and refunds are described in the Purchase Terms, which are part of these Terms. Purchases are made through Google Play.
6. Parental controls
Profiles, PINs and locks help you control what is shown. They are a tool, not a guarantee: we cannot promise that every unsuitable item is recognized or hidden, because the content comes from your sources.
7. Age
The app is not intended for children under 13 (in the European Union, under the age set by your country, up to 16). Younger children may use it only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
8. No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose, or that it will play every stream.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for loss of data, or for the content of your sources. This limitation does not apply to liability for intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, or to any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Your mandatory rights as a consumer are not affected.
10. Indemnity
If someone makes a claim against us because you broke these Terms or the law while using the app (for example by watching content without the rights to it), you agree to cover the resulting costs, to the extent the law allows.
11. Ending your use
You may stop using the app at any time and delete your data in Settings › About and legal › Delete my data. We may end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms.
12. Changes
We may change these Terms, for example when the app or the law changes. If a change is important, the app will ask you to accept the new Terms before you continue.
13. Law and courts
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts at our place of business have jurisdiction. Consumers in Turkey may also apply to consumer arbitration boards and consumer courts under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. If you are a consumer in the European Union or elsewhere, you keep the mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live, and you may also bring proceedings there.
14. Final provisions
- •If a provision is found invalid, the rest of the Terms still apply.
- •These Terms are available in several languages. If the versions differ, the English or Turkish version prevails.
